About Crafty Josh

Crafty Josh is published by Web Media Network, a UK-based content publisher running websites since 1999. Crafty Josh is our printables and coloring page studio, making free, original printable coloring pages for kids, parents, teachers, and anyone who likes to slow down with a pen and a piece of paper.

We started Crafty Josh in 2025 with a simple idea: a coloring site where every page is downloadable as a clean PDF, in both US Letter and A4, with no signup, no paywall, and no email gate. Print, color, done.

What we make

Our library covers everything from toddler-friendly shapes through to detailed scenes for older kids and adults. You'll find dogs, dinosaurs, fighter jets, princesses, pirates, kawaii cats, world landmarks, and quite a lot more besides. We add new categories regularly and refresh existing ones when we spot ways to make them better.

How we make our coloring pages

We use a combination of original concept work and AI-assisted illustration tools, with human review at every stage. A real person picks the subjects, sketches out the categories, decides what makes a page worth publishing, and checks each illustration before it goes live for clarity, age-appropriateness, and how well it actually prints.

We're upfront about the AI element because we think that's the honest way to do it. AI is a useful tool for studios our size, but it's a tool — not a replacement for editorial judgment. The decisions about what we publish, how it's organised, and whether it's actually any good are made by people.
